Both general politics and social relations were counting on the concepts of progress , positive innovations , confidence in the logical , understanding , technological innovations , and the potential to substantiate any activity from a rational standpoint . Nevertheless , beginning from the second half of the 60’s, the world began to degrade and now , 40 years later , we dwell in a different type of reality .

The nature of the future change was first tracked by those people, who as a rule of thumb lived ahead of their time – philosophers and authors.
